RETURNS
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return the purchased goods.
To withdraw from the contract and return a product purchased from us, please follow the steps below:

2. RETURNING THE PRODUCT
Please send the product back together with all its accessories.
Each returned item should be properly packed and secured, in its original and undamaged packaging.

COMPLAINTS / CLAIMS
To submit a complaint, please follow the steps below:
1. CLAIM FORM
Please complete the claim form and include it in the parcel.
The document should contain the following information: full name, e-mail address or correspondence address, phone number, product number, reason for the complaint, date of purchase, and the date when the defect occurred.Download the form here:
2. RETURNING THE PRODUCT
When submitting a complaint, please return the product together with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.
